1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Work has not yet commenced and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
The project is canceled due to our inability to deliver agreed-upon services or timelines.
A money-back guarantee is offered in writing and the qualifying terms are met.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:
If work has started, including research, design drafts, or development steps.
For custom packages or services tailored specifically to your business.
If delays are caused due to lack of communication, incomplete information, or scope changes from the client’s end.
For retainer-based services (like SEO, social media, or content creation) once the monthly cycle begins.
For third-party purchases (such as domain names, hosting, plugins, themes, etc.) made on behalf of the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth workflow, clients are responsible for:
Providing all necessary content, information, and access credentials in a timely manner.
Responding to queries, design approvals, and revisions within agreed timelines.
Understanding that project delays caused by unresponsiveness may affect delivery and refund eligibility.
4. Money-Back Guarantee (If Offered)
In certain promotional offers or specific service tiers, we may offer a money-back guarantee. This is valid only if:
It is clearly mentioned in the agreement or proposal.
The conditions specified (such as delivery timeline or performance metrics) are unmet without client-caused delays.
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where a portion of the service has already been delivered, a partial refund may be approved. The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of the work completed. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Reason for the request
Any relevant documentation or evidence
We will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond with a decision.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage open communication. Please contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. We’re committed to making things right wherever possible.
